To help us to ensure that your needs are triaged appropriately, we ask that patients who need to be seen urgently (on the day) contact the surgery before 10am. This allows us to organise urgent visits and care if required.
In addition, to help to keep the phonelines clear for those with urgent need, we ask that patients requiring help with anything non-urgent call after 10am.
