Patients are advised that when contacting the surgery for an Urgent “On the Day” call it may be decided by the clinician that, depending on the issue described, you need to be seen face-to-face.
If this is the case, then we will try to arrange this face-to-face appointment on the same day.
We ask that our patients be aware of this and where possible ensure that they will be available to take up this urgent appointment, leaving pre-bookable slots available for our patients with less urgent concerns.
