We have received the report from our recent CQC inspection which shows that we have been rated as “requiring improvement”. This is very disappointing as we have a dedicated Practice team who have worked extremely hard during challenging times.
The report overall is fair and balanced and there are a many good things in it. It highlighted that the Practice had a clear vision and strategy with effective leadership and culture that put patient care at the priority of its values.
In response to the report, we have already begun to address the areas highlighted as needing improvement and are shortly to send an action plan back to CQC for approval.
We hope this reassures patients that we will work hard to address the CQC identified shortfalls and are committed to ensuring we provide an excellent standard of healthcare to our patient population.
