The recently announced HRT Pre-Payment Certificate will cost £19.30 (the cost of two prescription charges). This PPC can only be used when a patient is prescribed a listed HRT medicine. This means women will be able to access HRT for menopausal symptoms at a reduced cost by paying a one-off fee for up to a year’s worth of treatment.
