A patient recently experienced a concerning incident where they received a telephone call and subsequent home visit from an individual claiming to be a healthcare professional from the surgery. This person falsely identified themselves and attempted to check on the patient’s condition.
Please be aware that this was an imposter and not a legitimate member of the surgery or the wider community healthcare team. The incident has been reported to the police for further investigation.
