eConsult will be switched off on weekdays, Monday to Thursday, 20:30 to 06:30 and on weekends, Friday 20:30 to Monday at 06:30.

Dispensary

Our Dispensary is open 08:30 to 13:00, then 15:00 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

NHS 111

You will be put through to a fully trained advisor, supported by experienced nurses and paramedics. They will ask you questions to assess your symptoms, then give you the healthcare advice you need or direct you straight away to the local service that can help you best. That could be A&E, an out-of-hours doctor, an urgent care centre or a walk-in centre, a community nurse, an emergency dentist or a late-opening chemist.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
