To register with the surgery:

• use the NHS register with a GP surgery: Rosedean Surgery service

To register a new patient you will need to live within our practice boundary.

If when processing your form any information that we need to process your new registration is not specified then we will call you on the number provided on the form.

The call will come through on an unknown number and we will leave a message where we can.

If we cannot get hold of you within 4 weeks your registration form will be discarded and you will need to start the process again.
