Appointment times

Patients are given a choice of appointments:

  • Throughout the day from 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

There is also a system in place for patients who need to be seen that day, either by the duty doctor or the nurse practitioner. These can be made in person or by phoning the surgery.

If you would like to speak to a doctor, then the phone lines are open from 8am and the patient advisor will be able to book a callback with the appropriate clinician.

Extended hours

If you need to consult with a clinician outside of normal surgery hours, please consider signing up to the online video LIVI service.

To access the service, simply download LIVI from the Google Play (Android), and sign up. You can get medical advice, prescriptions and referrals by video, with appointments available on the same day, even at weekends.

When seeing a doctor

Please note that some doctors consult on the first floor of the building. If you would prefer to be seen on the ground floor by the doctor please advise us of this after you have booked your appointment.
