We are experiencing technical difficulties getting our new Online Services - Patient Access - up and running. All existing The Waiting Room users will be migrated across and new application processed when the system is available to us.
In order to register for Online Patient service you must complete a form which can be obtained from Reception or from downloading here. Please note you will need to PRINT, COMPLETE AND SIGN the above form AND bring TWO pieces of ID in with you - ONE photo and ONE proof of address. They CANNOT be the same form of ID e.g. driving license for both.
Shortly after our receipt of this form you will receive an activation email containing a link which, when clicked, will take you through the activation process and your new online repeat prescription service will be live.
Requesting Repeat Medication by Telephone
We are pleased to announce that you are now able to order repeat prescriptions by telephone 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
