TEMPORARY CHANGES TO THE DISPENSARY.
Due to staff sickness, there may be a delay in dispensing your medication. We thank you for your patience & understanding.
Due to staff sickness the Dispensary will be closed between 1-2pm daily.
Dispensary A will also be closed. For urgent medication please go to Dispensary B.

Online Patient Services

Online Services Update - We are now live with Patient Access.

As you are aware the practice changed IT systems in early April. There were a few technical issues that have had cascading effects over the practice which we are actively working to address. One of these issues has been a delay in getting Patient Access, the new method for patients to book appointments, request medication and view their medical report, up and running.

For patients who have previously been signed up with the Waiting Room and new applicants who have completed the form and shown ID to Reception – you do not need to do anything else - you will receive an email with a PIN document attached with details on how to log on and create your Patient Access account.

For new applicants who have NOT completed the form and shown ID to Reception - you will need to complete the Online Services Application form (http://www.rosedeansurgery.co.uk). You will also need to show ID to Reception before we can grant access.

· One piece of photo ID and a proof of address

· Two pieces of proof of name and address.

Please bear in mind however that we have more than 2500 patients to get up & running which is still going to take a little time. We aim to get you on-line over the next month, & thank you for your continued patience & understanding while we do so.

Please request medication in writing / person until your online PIN document has been sent to you.

Time for adjustment

Many of the changes will happen behind the scenes and you will be unaware of them. Please be
reassured both acute and routine appointments will still be available during this time.
We will need to adjust some of our internal processes, and we may not get them right first time. Whilst staff get used to the new system it may take a few seconds longer to do everyday tasks, and your patience would be most appreciated.

Contacting the practice
Our phone numbers and emails will not change, so please continue to contact the practice as normal.

For non-urgent appointments you might want to use our online consultation system—eConsult. It is accessible by the “Consult our Doctors Online” link on our website at www.rosedeansurgery.co.uk. You will receive a response from the practice by the end of the next working day.
